PRITAM KAUR SANDHU In loving memory of our mother, grandmother and great-grandmother Pritam Kaur Sandhu, who passed away on Saturday, July 16, 2005. Pritam Kaur Sandhu was born in Punjab, India where she spent her childhood and later married Sardar Pritam Singh Sandhu. She enjoyed and loved the lush, fertile fields of our beloved Punjab and lived there for many years with her husband and children. Later, she moved to Canada to join her son Satnam Singh Sandhu and help him in building a new life abroad. She devoted the remaining years of her life in raising her grandchildren and traveling to and from India to maintain strong connections with her family. We hold her in a special place in our hearts and in our memory. She will forever be cherished by her children, Satnam Singh and wife Iqbal Kaur, Gurnam Singh and wife Jaspal Kaur, Gurdas Kaur and husband Joginder Singh, Satwant Kaur and husband Pratap Singh, Prakash Kaur and husband Amrik Singh and Harjinder Kaur and husband Jagjit Singh. She is survived by her grandchildren, Dr. Sharnjeet Sandhu, Dr. Kernjeet Sandhu, Harsimran Singh, Sartaj Singh, Jagroop Singh, Bhupinder Singh, Lakhvinder Singh, Chamkaur Singh, Dilbagh Singh, Kulwinder Kaur, Ram Singh, Ranjeet Singh, Sarbjit Kaur, Sarbjit Singh and Harjot Singh. She will always be held near and dear in the hearts of her brothers and sisters in India and her loving neices and nephews. Service will be held on Saturday, July 23 at 3:00 p.m. in Thomson In the Park Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Blvd. We wish that her journey is a wonderful and beautiful one and we pray to Waheguru that our hearts are forever bound to her in love and spirit.
